How Businesses Adapt During Covid-19 - Albert Part Driving Range

During the Covid shut down period the management team and I decided that we would try to use this period to stay connected to our driving range users and community. Clearly at the time we did not know how long the shutdown period would last and therefore it was important to keep in touch and remind people we are still here and cant wait to open again. What we decided to do was share 2 videos per week that were designed for people to practice at home in the garden, garage or even inside their home.

We also were offering online lessons with our coaches and added links allowing our customers to click on their favourite coach and receive an online lesson, but more importantly stay in touch with their coach. We received quite a lot of positive feedback and I personally am continuing to receive bookings from these videos and comments from the general range user.
